Class Information
Enrollment Guidelines
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time
- Bring appropriate workout attire and water bottle
- Class spots can be reserved up to 7 days in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time
Class Difficulty Levels
- Beginner Suitable for those new to exercise or specific workout type
- Intermediate For participants with some experience and baseline fitness
- Advanced Challenging classes for experienced participants
- All Levels Suitable for any fitness level with modifications offered
Waitlist System
When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled and notified by email. Check your enrollment status on the "My Enrollments" page.
