Class Information

Enrollment Guidelines

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time
  • Bring appropriate workout attire and water bottle
  • Class spots can be reserved up to 7 days in advance
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time

Class Difficulty Levels

  • Beginner Suitable for those new to exercise or specific workout type
  • Intermediate For participants with some experience and baseline fitness
  • Advanced Challenging classes for experienced participants
  • All Levels Suitable for any fitness level with modifications offered

Waitlist System

When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled and notified by email. Check your enrollment status on the "My Enrollments" page.
